Katif is building the infrastructure for community-driven agriculture.
Katif brings households together around shared demand,
connecting communities directly with local farmers,
and giving farmers earlier visibility into what people actually need.
Smarter growing. Fresher harvests. Stronger local food networks.
The platform connects communities, local farmers and logistics through a shared digital layer, turning aggregated household demand into meaningful signals for agricultural planning, harvesting and supply.
Katif was founded by Ayelet Dayan, architect, urban planner and entrepreneur, bringing a systems-thinking approach to the relationship between cities, communities and the local food systems that support them. The venture is supported by technology and strategic partners as it moves toward its first community-based pilot.
Katif is currently preparing its first pilot in Israel and seeking strategic partners and early-stage investors to help build and validate a smarter, more connected model for local agriculture.
